- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer estimates and options for the repair onsite. Warranty is given for our work. Discounts are given to new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask to get a little more information on the issue and let new customers know what needs to be done to resolve that issue. An appointment will then be set up according to their availability and we go from there. Options and estimate for the repair will be provided that suits customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father recently retired with 40 years of experience in the field and he has passed on a great deal of knowledge to me. I also worked for a big plumbing company for years cleaning all sorts of drain clogs on daily basis.
