Punctual, good quality work, responsive and good price. Alex helped instal a new vanity faucet, unclog a drain, and repair elements in the water heater. He is patient and great to work with. He also offered to help us find cartridge for our old Moen shower (which we could not find anywhere online or through Moen customer care). He tries to offer simple solutions rather than making things complex. I would surely consider Alex for our future plumbing needs.

3A was excellent. The tap assembly to be replaced was old and very difficult to uninstall, but he worked hard and did a very clean install of the new tap assembly. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. Will definitely hire again.

Had a really great experience. We received a blast of "urgent" notifications from SF water about a water leak over the course of several days, but not much insight into where. The plumber from 3A had the knowledge and skills to to identify the mystery leak and repaired it within a day. His service was swift, friendly, and cost effective. Highly recommend!
