I really appreciate the response time from inquiry on replacing my water heater, giving me a reasonable quote, and scheduling the job on the same day. Wow! I'm impressed. I also appreciate that they would replace the water heater even though I bought it from an outside source. Most other contractors will only do the job if we buy the part directly from them.

They were very responsive on a holiday, gave me a price over the phone which was very fair, competitive and up front. No hidden or spurious charges. They showed up on time and did a high quality install of the water heater. They also pulled permits, were present for the inspection and saw the whole job through with high professionalism.
