Mike M from Discount Plumbing Rooter was professional yet friendly, replaced the water filter for my tankless water heater quickly. Scheduling was smooth and the staff contacted soon to double confirm the date and time to ensure correctness while also sending updates on the day of appointment. Not the cheapest but the service is great and I would consider them again for more services in the future.

Ricardo & Adon were professional and courteous. Our toilets were backing up during heavy rain. Ricardo called ahead to give me an ETA on day of service call. Camera was used first and confirmed the clog. He even went into the crawl space to inspect and understand the pipes under the house. He snaked to clear the clog, then used camera again. He showed me the camera the entire way and both he and Adon determined the root cause was a section of shifted pipe in the front of my property. I thought the cost of the work they both did was very reasonable considering the time spent to do the work, made sure I understood the root issue and long term actions I should take.I would highly recommend Ricardo and Adon to my friends and family if they had similar issues. Thank you!

I got the most expensive quote from Discount Plumbing compared to 3 other plumbers I talked to for shower valve replacement. So the “discount” in the name doesn’t mean much unfortunately.
