I'm extremely satisfied with the work performed by Sahagun plumbing. I worked with the team to have our old electricity water heater pulled out from the crawlspace, and have it replaced with a gas tank waterheater.
The team has been super professional from the initial engagement till the finish of the work - they did thorough investigations of the site, gave me a very very reasonable price quote which did not spin up any unnecessary scope of work, and finished the entire work on time and neatly.

I highly recommend Luis. He was willing to help me with a smaller plumbing job that most other plumbers either refused to do or charged an obscene amount to work on (leaking coupling at a transition between 2 sewer drain pipes). I'm the type of customer that needs to understand the reasons/explanations of the work in order to feel comfortable with it, and Luis was not only happy to explain his work but he also explained it really well.

Nikolay did a terrific job replacing a bathroom sink faucet, the original one on a house built in 1947...so it wasn't easy. He recommended new hoses and valves and had them with him, so no delays. Luis is such a professional plumbing contractor and he helped me with taking the Sewer lateral line video for my city's building permit request.
Not only did he answer all my questions around the work, he also went above and beyond to do the work efficiently.
The job includes taking a video from the front house, and pulled the toilet to insert a professional computer camera.
Lastly he gave me a USB that contains the video file that I needed for the sewer line information.
Throughout the whole process, he's very passionate about his work and I can relate why he's good at this, because he loves his job.
He also helped replace the padding under the toilet which was old and tore apart.
Overall, I really enjoyed his work and 200% satisfied, both getting the job done and enjoyed the whole interaction.
