Axel is great. My kitchen sink is clogged and I have tried many ways to snake it by myself before calling knockout plumbing & repipe. I had an excellent experience with Apex Plumbing. The technician was polite, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the incinerator and replaced it efficiently. He also recommended replacing a leaking faucet with a more efficient one, which was a great suggestion. The customer service was outstanding, and it was honestly a pleasure to work with them.

Troy installed the toilet from hell for me. Two, actually, but one was a garden-variety normal toilet that went in where it was supposed to go in 30 minutes give-or-take. The other was a Woodbridge model (tip: NEVER buy a Woodbridge) that required two days of plumbing wrestling. Troy saw it through to the bitter end. I truly appreciate his perseverance, expertise, and trouble-solving -- yes, believe me, there was Trouble with a capital 'T" along the way. Now that the toilet has been tamed, it's like a dream I've never had: I savor every moment on it. And it's all thanks to Troy. I'm keeping his number on speed-dial for all my future plumbing needs.

Wasted my time and $80 b/c they could not unclog a basic plumbing task. All they had to do was unclog a drain pipe from a clean out valve outside. They were complaining they did not have an auger long enough and would cost a $1,000 to bring in special equipment. I called another company that unclogged the drain pipe from the outside clean-out in 30 minutes for $225.

Great job by Kevin and his team! Hired them originally for one issue to fix a pipe that was flooding our front lawn and irrigation system. Ended up using his team to fix a whole list of things around the house, including a few non plumbing things, including electrical. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else! We had a particularly tricky old sink to replumb and the team was super creative and did everything they could to ensure they got the job done completely and effectively!

Aaron is truly a master plumber who has an incredibly thorough knowledge of his craft, the latest trends and technology especially as he helped guide me through an exterior tankless water heater install with a recirculating pump.
He picked up my call super late when there was some running water on a fixture that was not tightened properly by GC and I was glad I am doing my finish work on this remodel with Aaron and his team.
He powered through this and he might not have known that I really needed a good result here as we close out this remodel - he got us nearly instantaneous super hot water and went above and beyond and for that I am very grateful.
We have some other smaller plumbing projects that I am looking forward to finishing with him - you quickly get the feeling that Aaron is able to take your plumbing woes away and there is a tremendous value proposition that he brings. I appreciate that he is unflappable and is not as excitable as myself and that actually put me at ease from the outset.
A++ highly recommend and if you get a chance to work with them, you will understand more clearly what advantages and level of security working with a master plumber who stands by his work brings.
