Ducts have never been this clean. Very thorough duct cleaning with a tool that scrubs the entire length of the inside of the duct through the entire duct length. Previous duct cleanings didn’t seem to make any difference. Now there is no new dust settling around the house. Family members with allergies immediately notice an improvement. PNW makes a disclaimer that the cleaning will result in some dust in house and on HVAC filter for hours/days after cleaning, but that’s ideal since the dust is out of the ducts, and a small inconvenience for a significant quality of life benefit. Highly recommended.
