Jon was amazing to work with. He installed our Gazebo (yardistry 12'*14' + the bar attachment). The best part about working with Jon was that he knew exactly what to do and how to do it considering he works very closely with yardistry. FixTman were super professional and responsive, working with me to get me the right price along with the quality of installation one would expect.
They quoted me with a reasonable price for a 12x16 gazebo installation on my deck, when others quoted me 50%-100% more with tons of excuses.
FixTman sent over an installer to check the deck foundations and verify the gazebo placement won’t be a risk. They charged $50 for this one and credited it for the complete installation.
Then, I asked to schedule the installation on a Saturday and make sure it will be installed over 1 day. The team arrived 8AM and started unpacking the parts almost immediately. They were able to stand the frame up in less than 3 hours and the entire gazebo installation completed around 9PM, including securing it to the deck.
It turned out amazing. The team, lead by Danny, were super nice and clean, and I will definitely both recommend and use their services again in future.

We had our Costco Yadistry 12X16 gazebo installed by Luke in Bothell area. It took a bit longer than originally anticipated but Luke handled it professionally and it all went without a glitch. Overall great experience.

I hired them to assemble a Gazebo which they claimed they were "experts" in. They sent a bunch of random most unprofessional people they hired on Craigslist. They didn't even read the instructions properly. Took more than 2 whole days to assemble and still ended up losing parts and screws and driving extra holes which weren't needed.
Update: the company reached out to me to understand the issues from the first install crew and to make things right. The second time around they did send a professional who has actually installed many gazebos and seems to be a expert installer. He fixed all the issues and finished all the left over work from the first crew.
