Absolutely floored by the work Anthony and Shawn did for us today. Our furnace issues came up last night and I reached out to them through Thumbtack this morning. I was on the phone with them minutes later, had an appointment that day, and they were able to get us in earlier after a cancellation. They came out, isolated the issue, and when they didn’t have the right parts, they left and came back same-day to finish the job. When we had issues after they were done, they answered the phone right away, helped us solve our issue ourselves, and checked in on us later to make sure we were set up to have heat on a very cold night. The care that these two put into their work was above and beyond what I expected and I’d bring them out in a heartbeat if we had issues again. Thank you both for your help today!!

Shawn & Antony came and help diagnosed issue with my thermostat when my heating stopped working. They are so honest, the gave me options on buying the thermostat from them, buying my own from somewhere else, also taught me how to install a thermostat and recommended which thermostat to buy. I would definitely recommend hiring them.

I can't say enough good things about Sean & Anthony. Our furnace went out on Wednesday night and I reached out to Anthony on Thursday morning. By Thursday evening we had a brand new furnace. Sean walked me through the options very thoroughly and did not pressure me into any decision to replace or repair. He was very honest and thoughtful with the situation we were facing and answered all the questions/concerns we had. I am very thankful for the team at Pure Air Cooling & Heating and highly recommend them to anyone experiencing furnace issues.
