It was refreshingly simple to work with PNW Fresh Air. They came and cleaned out my dryer vent (that opens to the roof) in a matter of minutes for a reasonable price. My experience with a different company was the exact polar opposite. They sold me on an all-house duct cleaning (mentioning that the dryer vent would then be cheaper), they then damage the wood on my front door bringing equipment in, wrap up the duct cleaning, and then tell me they don't do dryer vents that open to the roof. All this for 4 times the cost of PNW Fresh Air. The context I think helps shows the difference in experiences.

My air system has never been cleaned for 5 years since I moved in. I scheduled an air duct cleaning with them. The technician Aydin and another young guy finished the job well. Aydin also walked me through the air filter and recommended a good one that could improve indoor air quality. He also identified my carbon monoxide exhaust flue might need some cleaning and reinforcing as dusts were present outside during inspection. Price was reasonable and competitive. Recommending them for air system related issues.

PNW Air really did a great job replacing the dryer vent that runs under my house. They were very professional, courteous and respectful of me and my property. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
