- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is done up front and based off the scope of work that needs to be completed. Our educated technicians will go through everything with you on site and are more than happy to answer any questions you may have to insure your peace of mind that you are getting the best service possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we must build a profile in our system with all the required information so that we can then determine what date and time meets your needs to have a technician come and asses t.he situation and provide solutions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are fully licensed in their specialize field of expertise to insure they are providing each customer with the correct and best options to their problem.
