My AC was out and JP pointed out the exact issue. JP demonstrated his knowledge and experience and clearly explained with the Pros and cons of the next steps. We ended up getting a new HVAC installed as repair would have only extended the HVAC's life for few more years (24 years of service in total) . JP clearly explained types of HVAC, pros and cons of each type to help me make an informed decision. I received other quotes where people were trying to push upon me with the specific model. JP's quote was the lowest and he replaced the whole unit with furnace and everything else.

Excellent experience. I requested service late at night due to my AC going out and HART HVAC responded immediately and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. They arrived on time and fixed the issue very quickly and were very professional and polite. They also offer maintenance services to prevent any future problems from happening. Would definitely recommend.

Larry's installation (on February 23, 2024) of the DELLA split AC 12000 BTU Unit was deemed improper (based on a second and third opinion from two different HVAC companies that I requested to take a look at his installation due to his lack of responsiveness to this matter) and has resulted in the newly installed AC unit not functioning after his installation. Ultimately, Larry has not properly PSI measured and vacuumed to ensure Freon flow and he let the unit leak all of Freon that came with the unit. In addition, he has not properly installed the drainage line and caused severe leakage. These are very baseline tasks of an HVAC tech which he failed to do. I have notified Larry of the problem immediately upon discovery (same day) but he has not yet followed through to return to service his own installation.
He has a "30 days warranty" on his labor as documented in the service receipt. Larry has avoided 37 of my calls for a simple request to come back and take a look at the unit he installed. As a result, I had to spend a lot of extra money to hire other HVAC tech to fix all of his problems. The HVAC technician I hired noted "this was installed extremely poorly and left your house in a quite dangerous situation". This is scary and infuriating.
I have read on other customer reviews that he has done this more often. He damages or messes up your HVAC units and either charges you to fix again, or just ignores you until his 30 day labor-guaranty is up. Malpractice.
Approximately 37 calls were made to Larry and he has not responded to one call. He then bailed 3 times without any notice and ignored all my calls. Based on COBB HEAT AND AC's lack of responsiveness, the speculation is that he is aware of his malpractice under COBB HEAT AND AC with the installation of the AC Unit mentioned above and is avoiding this issue to be addressed appropriately.
Do NOT hire Larry unless you want to go through what I had to go through. It was a massive headache and a big waste of time hiring Larry.

The team from Green Earth (Fernando, Rene, Sheldon & Stephanie) is a pleasure to work with. They are thorough professionals, skilled at their trade and have a genuine care for customer satisfaction. Fernando patiently responded to all my questions while I made my decision and at no point rushed or pressured me. Stephanie made sure that all the sms and phone conversations are captured accurately on the work order and kept me informed on the process in a timely manner. Sheldon and Rene went out of their way to share their expertise and I learned a lot about HVAC systems by simply talking to them. Green Earth quote was not the cheapest I received but you get excellent service and courteous, professional communication from their team that more than justifies the additional cost.
Thank you Team Green Earth for helping us with our AC issue. I'll definitely look y'all up the next time I am in need of HVAC help.

HVAC Heroes team was quick to respond. Gave a quick quote on the part we needed to replace. They came out same day and got us back up & running after another company told us they would get to us in a couple days. Everything seems to be working ok. The tech Jeremy was professional and did some quick checks to make sure everything else seemed to be reasonable on the system. Will definitely use them again!

My heat went out in the depth of the first winter freeze. I accepted I’d have to wait for a professional to arrive but to my joy, HVAC HEROES were here within a few hours. Justin was polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part straight away. He had me up and running by the next day. He even worked a longer day to get my system up and running.
I had a small question about the system and the owner, Triston came by himself to look it over.
