- We charge $100 diagnosis fees that will be waived once repair is done - we offer free installation estimates - $25 senior discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are the fastest to respond then will make sure we have the right information ( first name , last name, address, email, and a phone number) . Then we offer same day appointments or as requested from clients. Will send an appointment confirmation text that has the appointment information. Then another text when ever the technician is on the way with an estimated time. Technician will arrive and explain steps to the client. After job is done , payment will be collected in any way . we accept all kinds of payments for client satisfaction ( cash, credit, checks, or money order) . The client will receive an invoice through email and a text with a review link for feedback . We appreciate all feedbacks .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my education with the EPA and the Nate certification then finished the mechanical contractor licensing while in field . The best education i got is my 10 years experience with my father .
