Elise G. says, "Yesterday (Friday) around 2 pm, our upstairs A/C stopped working. My wife called around but no one would send a technician before Monday. Finally she reached Mecheale at 1-800-Plumber who said they would send someone immediately since it was an emergency. After sending photos and describing the problem over the phone, the technician concluded that the problem was minor. Edward arrived around 6:30 pm and fixed the problem in less than an hour. The lines were clogged so he cleaned and pressurized the lines and removed the nasty residue which also required some plumbing work. Edward gave us an honest and fair price and was extremely professional. I will use him for our annual service contract because he earned my trust. I will also recommend him to our entire neighborhood because he also lives in Richmond, TX. I give him 5 Stars so the Academy Award goes to, EDWARD!!!"See more

Could not be happier to have dealt with Melvin and his company, I wasted a ton of money this last summer because my A/C was not properly services. Melvin came out, inspected my A/C unit and cleaned the condenser and found the unit was 3.5lbs low on Freon. Now my home is super chilly. My only regret is not contacting him sooner. The best thing is he is super friendly and professional, did not try to sell me a bunch of nonsense and doesn’t charge ridiculous prices like some other HVAC companies. I will now only call Genco for all of my future HVAC needs.

My A/C refused to turn on at approximately 10 p.m. one evening. I was able to contact HVAC Heroes online that evening and they appeared, as scheduled, at 10 am the following morning. The technician efficiently and capably repaired the broken flux capacitor and I was back to the future. Excellent experience.

Tech arrived between the time frame scheduled, Inspected the A/C system and maintenance check points, Made suggestion on changing filter and how to clear the water line to keep it from clogging, No extra charges were added for anything. Hands down the best HVAC company i have ever used. They are honest and saved me untold money through the years from largest companies trying to recuperate their advertising money with unnecessary expenses. To me, this honesty is worth gold. They cam tuned up everything and clean my lines and gave me a report on both my units age, effectiveness and where they operate compare to their mfg specs. Not going anywhere but these guys.

He was very knowledgeable and accurate in the part we needed repaired, along with a very reasonable price within our budget and for his company to profit without price gauging. My AC wasn’t cooling and after waiting hours for a return call from my previous HVAC servicer, I decided to reach out to Cool Trust. They got back to me immediately and sent out a technician within the hour. Jay Yu explained everything that he was doing. After checking to make sure that the issue wasn’t the capacitor or wiring, it was subsequently determined that my compressor was burnt out. Based on the age of the unit it seemed more cost effective to replace the whole outdoor unit. Cool Trust sent me quotes for several different replacements/brands the same day. I researched them and they installed my selection the very next day. The house feels great again and so far all is well. I’m very pleased with the service!

Utilized this service on 12/3 and on 1/3 I had problems with my AC. Understandably the company was unable to get someone out to my residence on the same day. I believe I contacted them around 1:30 pm. In order to have possibly diagnose the problem sooner and have AC that night I contacted another company who suggested that we still utilize HVAC heroes when they were next availability since we have a two year labor warranty. 3 days later and no response after mentioning warranty. Update: the owner contacted me and sent a team out the next morning. There was a miscommunication with the time that they would come. I'd just recommend better communication but they did stay true to their warranty and worked quickly due to personal time restraints.
