We woke up to 35 degrees outside and NO HEAT! So I bundled up my 3 and 4 year olds and did a search on Thumbtack for HVAC repair. I selected HVAC Heroes because they offered a free service call and their profile indicated they were affordable.
As soon as their office opened I received a message to schedule them to come out and they were there by 1pm and out before 1:30pm because, thankfully, it was an easy fix!
One thing to point out for all the busy or introverts, everything was done in the app or by text. I never had to call which, as a busy professional and introvert I really, really appreciated!

I can’t recommend HVAC Heroes DTX enough. Friendly, timely, professional, and no BS! I’ve used thumbtack for various maintenance/repair issues and this group has been the best I’ve worked with. Chase was awesome and because there were no repairs needed, he charged me nothing. Not even a penny! I contacted HVAC Heroes DTX because my furnace wasn't blowing hot air. They were the only company offering a free service charge, so I figured I would let them come out and tell me what the problem was. The technician came out the same day and immediately got to work. Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he also resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes and had me back up and running smoothly. He was very informative on what happened and gave me advice on what I should do moving forward. After all that, I asked how much I owed him, and the answer was "nothing." Yes, they came out and solved my problem for absolutely free. It doesn't get any better than that. So I would definitely recommend anyone having hvac problems to go with these guys before you contact anyone else, I know I will..

Excellent and professional service providers. Chase came out and checked everything, nothing was wrong with the AC except that it is hot and he suggested to keep blinds down during daytime. No unnecessary repair or maintenance he suggested. Extremely professional and honest about everything.
