I have one word to describe my experience with HVAC HEROES...that word is Outstanding!!! When you have an immediate need and you get an immediate response that fills you needs above your expectations, that's an Outstanding service! I have no hesitation, no reservations, and absolutely no doubt that I have found my "Go To" team for my HVAC needs. My heat was off and this winter storm we're on right now was at the door. We woke up to 35 degrees outside and NO HEAT! So I bundled up my 3 and 4 year olds and did a search on Thumbtack for HVAC repair. I selected HVAC Heroes because they offered a free service call and their profile indicated they were affordable.
As soon as their office opened I received a message to schedule them to come out and they were there by 1pm and out before 1:30pm because, thankfully, it was an easy fix!
One thing to point out for all the busy or introverts, everything was done in the app or by text. I never had to call which, as a busy professional and introvert I really, really appreciated!

Chase was our guy. He was able to get our furnace working by going step by step through the problem. For me I appreciated him explaining everything he was doing while he did it so that I understood what the culprit may be. He did recognize the age of the system, and that it may need replacing soon, but because it was working didn’t tell me I needed to replace anything at that time.
Got a quote for a new furnace.

I can’t recommend HVAC Heroes DTX enough. Friendly, timely, professional, and no BS! I’ve used thumbtack for various maintenance/repair issues and this group has been the best I’ve worked with.
