Ok, so my review got really long, but here is a summary: Team Enoch is awesome. Communication is above and beyond outstanding. Prices are reasonable, and Kevin, our plumber, was knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I was informed and happy with the quality of the work.
Ok here goes:
We had a bad plumbing problem (washing machine drain backing up, and no way to clear it, due to a disintegrated sewer line under the slab).
I was dreading calling someone about it, because of how complicated the problem was, how far they would have to dig under my slab, and I figured it would wipe out most of our savings (insurance wouldn't cover it due to the age of our cast iron sewer line).
So I put it off for months (almost a year), until I finally couldn't take it anymore.
I did some research and found Team Enoch. I sent them the explanation of the job and within 30 mins, Phillip (office dispatcher?) called me and gave me a preliminary idea of what we would be looking at in terms of cost and what/when they could help.
Phillip sent our plumber, Kevin, out the next morning. He gave me a quote based on how far they estimated they would have to dig. The quote was very reasonable so I accepted.
Kevin came back two days later, and within eight hours, my drain was running clean and clear, and i was so relieved.
Kevin was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and very patient with me and my many questions and listened to my worries and gripes about my plumbing issues.
He sent me pictures throughout the day to show the progress, while I was at work. At the very end, he had me come look over his shoulder while he ran the camera down 45 feet to the end of the line and showed me how nice and clean the line was draining. This was very important to me, and I now have peace of mind regarding my sewer line.
Additionally, Phillip followed up periodically throughout the day with me as well. Typically, I would get a phone call from Kevin, followed by a phone call from Phillip, making sure I got the update, and asking if I had any questions. I was blown away by the importance Team Enoch has about regularly communicating with their customers.
Attached photo was the condition of my sewage line prior to the repair (one of the many photos Kevin sent throughout the day).
To top it off, I must not be good at math, because the final invoice came in about a third of what I thought it was going to be.
I am kicking myself for putting this off, and not calling these guys earlier. Team Enoch should be your plumbers.
