Too bad I can't select more qualities because I feel we received a great value as well. I will definitely continue to work with this company. It was an amazing experience. Michael got the garbage disposal working in record time and provided us with the most valuable insight of our plumbing situation. We needed 2 TV’s mounted and the first guy who was sent out wasn’t competent and we ended up having to tell him we were going with someone else. We contacted the company and explained what happened and Kendra apologized profusely for the experience and said she would send someone out to fix the issues and have the job done free of charge to us. 48 hours later we had the pleasure of Jackie coming to right the wrongs. He was competent and got the job done plus volunteered to help move a dresser in record time. He was friendly, respectful and most of all, we were comfortable having him in our home. The company didn’t charge us but we were so pleased with Jackie that we tipped him and would be happy to work with him again. Thanks Kendra for sending him to us and for making things right.

So while doing DIY in the attic, I put my foot through the ceiling. And after trying to DIY that, I decided to reach out to folks who actually know what they're doing. HNM came out, looked at it, got the materials, and got right to work. Mike did an excellent job and I couldn't be more pleased. Honest price for labor, no markup on materials, and everyone was easy to communicate with. And everything was cleaned up afterwards! Do not hesitate to have HNM handle your handyman needs!
