Not only did they do their job but they took the time to explain to me the nuance of my systems, maintenance and future considerations like uv lights for mold.

Andrew was great he responded within 5 mins after I submitted my request for AC maintenance. He arrived and got straight to work. He was very informative and through. He explained every step in the maintenance process. He is not just out to make a buck he cares enough to take the time to explain what I need now and what can wait. I really appreciate that he listened to my concerns especially being a new home owner. I will hire Andrew for all of my HVAC needs.

While I was away on business trip, and my rental homes AC unit suddenly didn’t work. Contacted HVAC Heroes, and they came the same day to give me an estimate.. Technician Justin came and found my Condenser Fan needs to be replaced.. Could’ve gotten fixed the next day? But I waited too long to return their message for approval. In all was fixed the 2 days after the estimate, gave e a 1 years part warranty and my tenant is happy!! Price is right and the service is even better..Thank you!
