I reached out to PRIME TIME AND HEATING- Tony late afternoon last week on 100 degree day and asked him if he can come out to see what could problem be with my AC condenser making huge noise. Once at my address Tony was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. It took him a moment literally to diagnose the problem and present me with possible solutions and options. Once I decided on how to proceed he was back next day with the part and did repair. He even got me original part for my equipment for the price of aftermarket to which I agreed to pay. Through out the whole process he worked around my work schedule and was very prompt on his timing. Never late and I was always notified of incoming appointments and when he was on his way. I would highly recommend Tony's company to anyone who is looking for fast, professional, courteous and knowledgeable service.

I bought a older house that didn’t have soffit vents. The house also has a shallow roof. Prime Time came in and put new soffit vents and went into the attic and installed baffles at each vent to insure that insulation didn’t obstruct the airflow. They did an excellent job.

Prime Time came out the next day and on time, identified the problem and went through the options with me. Even saved me money by finding out about a warranty I had on my system. Highly recommend, worked with Jorge (he’s very knowledgeable) and made Prime time my official A/C maintenance company.
