Mr Bohannon showed up over an hour late (I had to message him after the timeframe for my appointment had already passed). Very shady business practices as he does not provide full disclosure on what he is quoting you. Mr Bohannon quoted me a price on an A/C system, and when I asked for more information on the specific model, I was told that” I don’t have that available it will be on the box when we purchase it I can get you close to it”. I’m sorry, but I’m not purchasing an $11k A/C system when the guy quoting it can’t even tell me what he’s quoting me.

You can’t please everybody you could have showed where I sent you the models that I have on my price sheet but they want be the exact ones facts!! Fact number 2 what ever your issue is I hope that u get help, to leave me a bad review after you where scheduled between and certain window I wasn’t late. But have a great day sir and fyi email and phone calls get things done a whole lot quicker I never had a customer who wants as much information as you never answer the phone. Was shocked at the treatment we received. Says "Don't talk to us if you are shopping around for quotes." How else are we meant to find the best person for the job if we cant talk to a few companies and get some quotes to compare? Somehow I am in the wrong for choosing a company that gave us a better quote than him. Can't speak to the quality of work but as seen in other reviews, customer service is severely lacking here....

And I will say it again we are charged just to talk to you I never done any work for you. I did spend money and my time buying parts for your job and you cancel. So again with the cost of materials and products this day in time don’t call us if you are not wanting work done or wanting something for a discount it’s funny you didn’t post the real conversation.
