I was without hot water for 3 weeks & had 3 other companies come out to my home, 2 of which were sent by the home warranty company. When I found Bohannon on Thumbtack, it was a Godsend for sure. They responded right away, came out & knew exactly what the issue was. It was resolved and we had hot water again within a few hours. This is the only company I want to use for my home.

Bohannon stepped in when another contractor stepped out. They promptly sent someone to evaluate things with my HVAC, and the gentleman was proactive about identifying the source of the problem and making a suggestion. He also made future suggestions for down the road. They replaced my duct with an insulated one. Overall, the contractor was professional, warm, and knowledgeable.

Bohannin company installed mini split a/c to my garage. They are reasonably priced and showed up on time to finish the job within a day. They sell units energy efficient so that it qualifies tax credit. Although the brand is not the highest tier like carrier/trane, it seems to be a good quality unit and working few weeks no issue. They are also authorized dealer so that I could get 12 years warranty when I registered. I will contact them when I have future project
