HVAC Solutions is a great reliable and professional service. Leo, the owner, was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He responded to my message immediately, and we arranged a date for the next day so that he could assess the problem I was having with the AC unit of my HVAC system. He identified the problem and in a short period of time (within 2 days) we arranged a date and time for him to fix the problem. He arrived on time and within an hour or 2, my HVAC system was working perfects.
Leo is a trustworthy person and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him!

It was difficult to find someone for AC repairs during the hottest part of the summer. PremAir HVAC was very responsive, fit me in right away, and did great work! I highly recommend them.

They arrived an hr later than agreed on. In normal maintenance for HVACS they vacuum out the condenser line which they did not do and to top it off they didn't replace the filters but they had one wrong sized one that the tech tried to pass off as the right one and then when I called him out on he backtracked- 318 dollars for a cleaning is steep

For some time now my HVAC system has been making a pronounced rattling noise during it's heating cycle which was steadily getting worse. I engaged an independent contractor a year ago to fix the issue. The contractor did not fix the issue and charged me an exorbitant sum for the service call. Well, I made the wise choice of choosing JN Service HVAC/Plumbing to help me this time. A very impressive young service tech named Mario Junior arrived on time today and solved my issue. With total professionalism and utter tenacity Mr. Junior traced the source of the noise, diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve it in a timely and efficient manner. I am totally satisfied at the time and care Mr. Junior took in diagnosing and addressing the issue. After he was finished he made completely sure I understood what he had done and what the source of the problem had been. He was very kind and patient and immediately addressed any questions or concerns I might have had. He also gave me a great deal on the service and was excited to establish an ongoing business relationship with me. I am highly impressed with Mr. Junior and JN, they are complete professionals and care deeply about providing value and quality service. This issue has been a source of immense ongoing anxiety for me and Mr. Junior being able to help me with it felt like a miracle. He is a credit to JN and the quality and craftsmanship of his work is second to none. I cannot recommend Mr. Junior and JN more highly and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping me today.

I had a less-than-ideal experience with Remedy Cooling. Remy, the owner, came out on June 5 to assess an HVAC solution for my house. Unfortunately, communication issues arose after that.
On June 14th, I followed up because I hadn't received the estimate. Remy responded that he was still waiting on the quote. On June 18th, he said he would check on it and get back to me, but I didn't hear anything further.
On July 2nd, I reached out again, mentioning that I still hadn't received the estimate and assumed he was busy. Although he read the message, he didn't respond. As of today, July 12th, I still haven't received any follow-up.
While Remy seemed knowledgeable during the initial visit, the lack of follow-through and communication has been disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve their service for future customers.
Edit: reduced to 1 star after still no response by July 20.
