Remy was very responsive when my furnace stopped running. He got it running again and went beyond trouble shooting why my rooms were not all getting heat, fixing the issue, trouble shooting my gas insert and providing solutions to heat and cool my new house for the future. I charge a fee of $150 to come and assess the issue. Then from there I am able to resolve the problem.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I assess the issue and let the customer know what I need to do to resolve it. I let the customer know what the cost will be, and then I am able to fix the problem for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a trade school to learn HVAC in a year long program. I received my EPA Universal Certification which allows me to work on any system that involves HVAC. I have been working in this field of work for the past 8 years.
