I called for service a couple of days in advance and they took my call right away after looking for someone to take a look at our furnace. The team was very professional and their price was fair. They also provided me with a quote on other items recommended to be changed due to safety concerns. I highly recommend Horizon HVAC for your next HVAC service repair!

Our split unit broke in our apartment so we called Horizon to come and fix it! Mike came out that day; tried everything to get it back up and running but we needed an entire new unit. Mike was extremely responsive throughout the process when I asked him the estimated arrival of the unit. He answered me almost immediately and also reached out to me when the product had arrived. Mike was out a day later to replace it. He mounted the controller to the wall for me because I lose everything! He offered to clean the mess up but I insisted I would do it. Very professional, timely and extremely helpful with the new product. Mike even sent a follow up text a few hours later asking if I had any questions on the unit and how it was working! I highly recommend his services!!! Thank you Horizon for getting us cooled down here!!!
