- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide "All-In" prices for every customer. Meaning, our estimates include the costs all aspects of the project (Old equipment removal, Electrical installation, Beauty Covers, etc...) and there are NEVER any surprises when settling the invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial phone consultation, we will schedule an in-home visit where one of our highly trained technicians will ask questions and gather all the information needed from the home in order to provide you with the best catered options for your "wants" and "needs". Estimates are usually provided on the same day at the end of each visit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential home owners, Multi-family home owners, Commercial building owners, Commercial Tenants, Government entities, Schools and Private Contractors.
