Fatih came and repaired my broken oven igniter within 24 hours - ProFix called to let me know they were running a little bit behind schedule, then they were in and out within 30 minutes and I had a functional oven again! Fatih gave me options for different price points of the part I needed, and explained the pros and cons of each. Not only were they fast and professional, they went above and beyond, even asking for cleaning solution and a mop to clean the grime behind my oven. Highly recommend!
