I've been a homeowner for 50 years and this is the best repair experience I've had. I had them change a range top. The technician clearly knew his stuff, helped me pack up the old unit to ship back. Fatih was just awesome. He made sure that he finds the correct problem with my Refrigerator. He was right on time when he said he would. After fixing the refrigerator, he even made sure that there is no more dripping from the refrigerator. I know who I would go to for my appliance problems from now on .
