I had a less-than-ideal experience with Remedy Cooling. Remy, the owner, came out on June 5 to assess an HVAC solution for my house. Unfortunately, communication issues arose after that.
On June 14th, I followed up because I hadn't received the estimate. Remy responded that he was still waiting on the quote. On June 18th, he said he would check on it and get back to me, but I didn't hear anything further.
On July 2nd, I reached out again, mentioning that I still hadn't received the estimate and assumed he was busy. Although he read the message, he didn't respond. As of today, July 12th, I still haven't received any follow-up.
While Remy seemed knowledgeable during the initial visit, the lack of follow-through and communication has been disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve their service for future customers.
