It was a pleasure working with Alfredo. It was for a new garbage disposal installation and despite the complications, he correctly guided me to get the right model and he came back again the next day to install it. As luck would have it, the model was defective and he waited for more than an hour while I was getting a replacement. He patiently answered all my questions and gave me tips as well. Would love to work with him in the future.

Alfredo was quick to respond, showed up right away and fixed our HVAC leak problem. I'm glad I reached out to him even though Thumbtack kept pushing me off saying they don't do HVAC maintenance. He does it all! Also, the service visit is not $0 like Thumbtack claims.
