This was my first time using Zoom Drain. They were easy to work with if all you need is a pipe unclogged. Unfortunately, I asked for something specific and they failed to deliver, despite promising to do so on three separate occasions. The request was relatively small: adding a catch-all around the storm drain to prevent accumulating trash from blocking the water flow. I've seen makeshift versions made of wire netting. Zoom Drain confirmed on three separate occassions that it should be easy enough to install something similar for my application. But after communicating this request to the main office, communicating it again to the technician, rescheduling the first appointment to accommodate the technician because the necessary supplies weren't available to do this, and finally having the same technician back another day, the pipe was unclogged but nothing else was done.
I would have appreciated more honesty up-front on their capabilities. It just seemed unneccesary to claim anything more.

It was 8:00pm on a Wednesday when our kitchen sink started backing up. We thought it may be the garbage disposal but weren’t sure. There was water all over the inside of our sink cabinet and it was a mess! I messaged about 4 plumbers on Thumbtack and Kiara from EKR was the first one to respond. We scheduled the repair for 9:00 the next morning. Her husband Ryan was at my house at 9:00 exactly. His guys and work truck were about 20 minutes behind which was not a big deal but so great that Ryan was there when expected. They unclogged the drain and did great work. Will call them again for sure when we renovate our 3rd floor bathroom! I highly recommend EKR!
