I had a great experience with Prime Plumbers. Roman responded within minutes, the job was scheduled for the following day (he was willing to come the same day but I was unavailable), showed up with booties as he entered my house (greatly appreciated), identified the issue, provided an estimate on-site, and completed the work on the same day within an hour. He worked very clean and was respectful and polite. I will definitely call Roman back should we need plumbing repairs in the future.

The tech/plumber did an overall good job. He put on shoe covers, went to my basement & assessed the problem. 2 1/2 hours later the job was done. In addition to repairing the leaking pipe he detached and capped off a pipe attached to an old gas dryer and repaired the spigot on my utility sink that had been stuck in one position for 19 years. I felt the cost was fair for all he did.
