Woo K. says, "before anything else, i would like to say that he did alot of work.
However, the job was not finished and i ended up choosing someone else to complete the job.
I hired him to repair our GE washer. Essentially, he did not know whole alot about the machine so I ended up googling good chunk of diagnostic tests that were available for the machine.
Initially he said it was the draining pump, but before he changed it, we ended up finding out (i had another technician come out to look at the machine) that it was not the draining pump. We swapped out the User interface board as well as the main board which did not solve the problem. the same exact issue remained after the replacement. He insisted that it was the "programming" and that we needed to buy a "programming chip" that would basically reset the new main board.
it turns out that it was actually the inverter board that needed to be replaced. But this whole process took about 1.5 months, and 3 different technicians to find out.
I can't say I am happy with his work since he essentially did not finish the job. I just did not feel comfortable having him finish the work. But he did put a good amount of time and effect to come by multiple times to try to fix it so i do want to give him credit for that."See more
