After poor customer service and long wait times for repairs with a DIFFERENT repair company, I am thrilled with the quick response with Mr. Appliance. They fixed my oven next day and if you need any kind of customer service, you can easily get a REAL person on the phone.

Liked the service person - knew what he was doing - didnt like the appointment windows of 8-12 or 1-4. Had 2 appointments but couldnt go to work after as they came around 11:15. I had asked for first 8 am appointment and was willing to wait for that time but they didnt accommodate me
