FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always charge the trip charge/diagnostic/estimate($65). If you decide to not repair then this would be the only charge As always we can apply that charge towards the repair cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I remember what helped with my wife and I when we hired a contractor to come to our home. 1) call the business and speak to the technician that will be actually performing the job. What type of impression did you get? 2) After the diagnostic is presented, you should feel completely clear on what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working with GE I would service approximately 1200 customers per year. Although I'm a licensed electrician, certified in refrigeration and factory certified I think my hands on experience working with a full range of customers has been invaluable.
