The repair person came and fixed the problem but we had a misunderstanding and it was resolved he is very very honest And in this situation it’s very difficult to find a honest person I would hire him again

I hired Suprofix to repair a dishwasher in my rental unit. Arman was professional and clean. He reached out to me before the service to make sure I had ample amount of time to coordinate the work with my tenant. He came in diagnosed the issue and order parts and came back to install them once the parts came in. He answered all my questions via phone and was very thorough. He sent me pictures of all the issues and what was replaced. A few weeks after the work was completed, I had another issue and he came back and replaced the seal and tightened all the hoses free of charge. I appreciate his honestly and would definitely recommend him to others.

Simply AMAZING! I sent a service request in after lunch and he was able to come in on the same day. I described my issue and he even had the parts available to do the repair as soon as he diagnosed the problem. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the value I got. He is super professional and got the washing machine working. He even found issues with a repair someone else did and fixed it so I wouldn’t have another problem come up. It’s really great to hire someone who takes so much pride in their work that they make sure problems don’t come back.
