- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnosis fee is $65. This price includes a full inspection of your appliance, and if you choose to move forward with the repair, the fee will go toward the total cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Inquiry & Scheduling - Customers contact us via Thumbtack. We discuss the issue and schedule an appointment. 2. Diagnosis & Estimate - We inspect the appliance ($65 diagnosis fee, applied to the repair if approved) and provide a repair quote. 3. Repair & Testing - If approved, we complete the repair on the spot (if parts are available) or schedule a follow-up repair. We test with customer the appliance to ensure it works properly. 4. Payment & Warranty - The customer pays upon completion, and we provide a 6 months warranty to our service. 5. Follow-Up & Reviews - We check in to ensure satisfaction and request a review on Thumbtack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our Technicians are EPA certified. This certification is required to work with refrigeration system.
