I received advice from a local plumbing company when I had a small leak from a kitchen sink penetrating through the wood ceiling downstairs. It would require tearing out a ceiling, etc. When I called Tried and True, Kyle found the small problem right underneath my kitchen sink and immediately repaired a plastic drain line. This saved me the headache of a major construction project. I will definitely use only this plumbing service for all of my future needs. Highly recommended with an honest approach and extremely professional knowledge about the plumbing industry. Five stars! Thank you Kyle!

I was struggling with other companies being willing to help with my laundry drain (without wanting to charge exorbitant fees and giving me crazy reasons why everything was impossible). I called Sewer Surgeon and it just made me realize how completely ridiculous the other company was. Sewer Surgeon got to the bottom of the issue. It took three trips (they didn't charge me until they actually resolved the issue) and they were truly problem solvers. They didn't push me into the most expensive solution, instead they talked through everything with me and allowed me to make a decision with no pressure at all. Super nice, honest, and clearly work with integrity. Would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing assistance.
