Kevin replaced a sump pump and repaired a toilet leak he found while testing the sump pump. He was very thorough, and made sure everything worked properly before he was done, as well as clean up. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and explained everything well. He also made recommendations where appropriate. I found Kevin to be honest and fair and will definitely call him again, as well as recommend to my friends.

I had frozen pipes or so I thought. Kevin called me last night and said he'd rather come out in the morning to evaluate the issue from our conversation. When he came out and checked I had several broken pipes. He kept me up to speed about repairs and cost. Now our house has working water after this very cold winter. Thank you so much.
