Eric was on time, very nice and knowledgeable. He helped me find the leak I’ve been looking for months. Unfortunately it has to be fixed by the city. so I cannot speak to their work but I would definitely higher them again if I had another issue.

Communication in a timely manner would be good. My appointment was 9am-10am they never showed up, I ended up canceling at 12:15pm. They wrote back after I wrote them asking for an ETA after 10:15 Saying they were going to get an eta, never wrote back with it.
