Mac arrived around 5 pm and worked until approximately 11 pm. He is very professional. Put covers over his boots before entering residence. Exhibited excellent work ethic. Abdul was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to come by my home the same day. He was very professional and suggested different options regarding my drainage issue. His fees were very reasonable so I hired him on the spot. He replaced my cracked water pipe in no time. Michael was a savior. After another plumbing company misdiagnosed the ceiling leak he came in and found multiple areas that could cause potential future leaks. He caulked and sealed around the tub, drains, and replaced the tub overflow along with some old corroded copper pipes. All of this was done for the same price as the other company wanted for the tub overflow alone. Oh and he provides a 1 year warranty on the labor. Needless to say I found my future plumber!

I had pipes burst due to the cold weather that needed immediate repair. Rooter Rescue KC called me with in minutes of me reaching out and arrived within the hour. They went above and beyond to identify the issue and resolve it. They gave some helpful suggestions on how to prevent a reoccurrence as well. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. They show they care about simply providing an excellent service at a rate that is more than reasonable. I won’t call anyone else for plumbing needs moving forward.

We had a great experience with Sewer Surgeon. First Daniel came and did some work. When that wasn’t the cause of our issue, Aundre came to check it out and found the main cause. He was also nice enough to instruct me on how to fix another particular plumbing issue - which was extremely nice of him. I felt like they were honest and really trying to help us. Super easy to schedule via message and showed up on time. Would recommend them to anyone and will certainly call them again should they need arise. 5 stars!
