Cozy Homes Solution unfortunately Installed a defective water heater with 1 year labor warranty and 10 year parts warranty. Owner/Steven has ghosted on multiple requests by phone/text/email to repair, reschedule or refund. Sad to support a local small business and have them not honor their promises. Advise to avoid Steven and Cozy Home Solutions. The defective product has been a big disappointment.
