I updated my review because there was a communication issue the first time. The owner reached out and explained the situation, and apologized for everything. I was able to get someone out to my dads within the hour after the call. The tech that came out was great and fixed everything that needed to get done. I made an appointment for 4pm. Around 6pm, I called to see where my servicer was. I was told he was in route to me. Around 7pm, I called again. This time I was told there was an emergency at the previous stop that held up my service and that he would arrive within the hour. He didn’t arrive until after 8pm. He was able to fix what needed to be repaired and I am very happy with the work. However, I am really frustrated that I needed to call twice to see where he was, only for him to arrive 4 hours after my appointment time. It would’ve been better if someone contacted me saying he would be late.
