Finally I got lucky!!
After going through a few quotes with a few inexperienced plumbers, I stumbled upon WILL @ Star Plumbing. I had a few issues and then some. Will responded and came out to my home with prompt service. Showed up with a mask, booties and was eager to solve my problem, even with the complexity.
He is knowledgeable and wants to get the job done right!!! He re- routed plumbing, added a sump pump and found a major leak in my kitchen. This guy knows his stuff. He will be stuck with me for all of my next plumbing emergencies and routine plumbing needs. I am definitely happy with Wills work and performance. I found a diamond in the rough!!!! Thank you, Will!

My situation changed from a leaky faucet to a failed sump pump. AP Construction (APC) contacted me and came out the next morning. After a quick tour of the house, they quoted me a price. The got the parts and began the repairs, and in no time things were looking good. Then APC found an additional problem and made arrangements for a referral and those men came out shortly and they then solved that problem (unknown to me) as well.
Through all the ups and downs, things were explained to me and I was asked to participate in the process - they explained everything and why they were recommending things. I found APC to be very professional, courteous and respectful to my needs and would encourage that you ask them to look at your plumbing problem and offer their advice - a second opinion that might save you some aggravation.
Their fee was reasonable, the workmanship was top notch and I not be looking for another plumber as they are now my first call...
