I had frozen pipe burst and wasn’t sure about the solution! I was so lucky that I decided to reach out to Legendary Service! First and foremost the person I spoke to over the phone ( I forgot the name sorry) was so pleasant and cooperative! Understood urgency of the issue and they were able to expedite my appointment request. Then before I knew it, Joe arrived to check the problem. He immediately figured out and was very knowledgeable. He explained me the problem and the process to get it resolved! What was most impressive about Joe, he is very detailed and provides multiple solutions to the problem. I am very very impress and highly recommend them to everyone in need of heating, cooling, plumbing etc. fix or maintenance. Joe is exceptional!!!!
