I had what I thought was just a leaky pipe in my basement, but turns out it needed to be replaced (botched job from last plumber). I reached out to Alexander last night and he was able to come today. I contacted him about my tenants kitchen sink not draining, and he called and texted within the next hour or two. We coordinated a time that worked best for him and my tenant. While I was at work, he kept me informed. He took care of the problem for a responsible price. It's been a few days since the work was done, and I haven't heard any complaints.
