I can't say enough good things about Jorge and Rodri's Rooter. Jorge called me within 2 minutes of my submission (at 10:15PM last night) about a blocked bathroom drainline that I was unable to snake. He arrived promptly at our agreed-upon time this morning and quickly provided me a quote to ream the line after assessing the project. He made sure our bathroom cabinet and floor was protected and then he reamed the pipe with his auger. The first machine wasn't sufficient - so then he bought in a more powerful machine and that solved the problem. I am soo glad I had an expert for this job as I would never have been able to unblock the line as the block was almost 40 feet down and very compacted. Overall this was a great experience - terrific service, nice guy and a very fair price. I would not call anyone else next time we have a drain problem!

I had a toilet tank leak that was not only pooling on the floor, but dripping through the ceiling of the floor beneath. I contacted multiple plumbers through Thumbtack. Jorge not only reached out via Thumbtack, but he called within 30 seconds of me submitting!!! He was able to get to me in less than two hours. He was very professional while also being friendly and personable. He fixed the problem quickly and completely. He only charges if he actually fixes something and his fee was quite reasonable. I was so impressed, I told him about another non-urgent plumbing issue and he said he could do the job in a day or two! Two thumbs up!
