Leo responded quickly as we had sent out an Emergency plumbing request with broken pipe in ceiling with water filling ceiling and wall out to garage in the middle of the night. He was the only one to respond quickly and onsite finding the pipe, replacing the section and stopping the leak before it became a full fledged waterfall and bigger damaging issue. 2am we were all set and never would have made it till morning when others finally responded too late. Great response, professional and knowledgeable. Really shows expertise and care in service and the customer! Thanks much, we will definitely use Leonards Plumbing in all future plumbing needs! Say in advance if there are any charges other than advertised even if it’s a holiday especially if it’s 5 x more than advertised. He could refrain from being rude during inspection. It would be nice if he knew what was wrong before pushing it off on the septic which is NOT the reason we didnt have water, This was a terrible experience and I feel I was SCAMMED! He said it could be a tank hit face no wire. He just wanted to overcharge me for nothing and did not plan to resolve it

Hey josh thanks for the review just wanted to say I went out my way on a holiday to stop by to check out the issue and upon arrival I had asked you about the location of the septic tank and I did not get to much of an answer from you so the irony of you saying these things really shows but I still did not mind and tried to help as much as I could on the issue,the issue you had is for a much more qualified company that there specialty is septic tanks and things of that nature I tried to explain that as much as possible to you and to say you were overcharged is a strange as you see the pricing and I myself was charged from thumbtack and not just money but time away from my family on a holiday to help you out when it seems you did not want to be helped to much at all.
