Ramo showed up on the first night I needed him, he identified the problem and put on a prophylactic until he could come back and do the larger Job. He came today to complete the work. After Hours Plum came to service my dehumidifier in my basement. I thought I needed a P Trap and was ready to get the work started. However, Ramo the plumber first check my dehumidifier and realized the dehumidifier was missing a part. The next day he showed up with the part and reinstalled the dehumidifier to the appropriate indirect waste line to keep things up to code. It is so refreshing to find a plumber who is knowledgeable, confident and competent and who also cares about my financial pocket and does not overcharge or creates unnecessary additional work. I plan to use After Hours Plum for any future additional plumbing work.
