Skylar knows what he’s doing. It may seem a given that if you are in the hvac business and charging people, you should know what you are doing. Before Skylar, I hired a guy to work on the same thing, he was clueless and the only thing he seemed to know was to add ridiculously expensive refrigerant to the unit hoping for miracle to happen. While I had Skylar on the phone, he explained to me what could be wrong. When he showed up, as soon as he opened the cover, he spotted the problem he had described on the phone. He was prepared and the problem got solved within 15 minutes. He also inspected my hvac piping and taped some potentially leaky connections and changed the filter for me while he was at it. He wore shoe covers inside the house. It was just pleasant to work with him. I’ll have him service my other properties for sure.

Thomas and his team were amazing to work with. So professional and communicative. We hired them to revamp our HVAC system - new furnace, ductwork, and new AC. I had way too many questions going into this project but Thomas respectfully answered each and every one. And did so very quickly. They also did the work very quickly and very high quality. Our system works way way better now than it did. Also, they offer excellent value for the work. They were competitive or beat the prices of others that we received estimates for and they did so while offering higher quality products (American Standard rather than new or knockoff brands). Also, we needed a little alteration to the ducting after inspections and Thomas and his team came back within 1 day after I contacted him. And that even though we had already paid him for the work and he had no financial incentive to be so responsive. I highly recommend Pinnacle for any HVAC needs!!!

My AC unit went out and I received a quote from American Group Mechanical (AGM) and a bigger company. The first company wanted $11K to install the AC. Baker from AGM quoted me $5.5K for the AC but brought to my attention that this would not be the ideal fix due to the sizing of the coil vs my ducts, and based on the age of the furnace suggested a full HVAC replacement at $8.5K with a nest thermostat install. He gave me 3 options and answered all my questions before, during, and after install. So far the unit works great. I would highly recommend AGM, amazing value and great work!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had working with a company…
They schedule the appointment without telling the customer that there is an hourly fee for the technician for $190 per hour and a minimum of two hours that you have to pay for. ON TOP of a separate service fee. Completely misleading the customer. So you’re down $479 off the bat.

I was informed that they would send a technician to come and do a diagnostic FIRST for a fee of $99 to see what’s going on and then from there I can choose from the options of work to fix the issue. The technician was not under the same understanding and ending up doing the work without my permission, without presenting me with my options, and not providing me a physical quote of the work that needed to be done. Then when he was “finished” he threw a huge quote at me full on expecting me to pay it without me consenting to doing the work.
Huge disparity between the technicians and the “office team”. And when trying to call the company back for help and to talk things through, it’s impossible to actually speak with someone from the actual office of the company. Their number only routes you to the scheduling team for scheduling appointments who can’t help you with anything.
Oh and also, the work that they did didn’t even help. My ac unit is still not getting down to temperature and now they are telling me that I need more work done to improve it as well as paying those fees aforementioned all over again.
Extremely unprofessional company and I HIGHLY suggest working with another HVAC company.
