My experience with Behold was incredible. My technician was prompt, professional and very thorough. When I had questions about the options, he took the time to educate me and ensure I was making the best decision for my property. The office manager and internal staff also followed up to make sure I had the information and services I needed. I will be using Behold for all my heating and cooling needs moving forward.

Responded within two hours to my SOS that I had no heat. Ryan was very professional, calling me and letting me know what was happening. Resolved my issue, someone had inadvertently switched off the furnace switch, which was a relief. Thanks Ryan!

Our heater just stopped! Justin came out within a couple of hours of contact & was able to quickly identify the problem & had it fixed within 30 minutes! We even made an appointment to discuss future maintenance! Very pleased with their professionalism & knowledge. Thank you!
