FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Mission is to provide our customers with honest work for honest prices. All pricing is provided up front prior to any work being done. Our estimates are presented for the job as a whole instead of labor vs material. The benefit to this is that our customers can feel confident the price is what was discussed and signed for instead of being surprised at the end with a change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that every customer has different needs and wants and every home is going to be slightly different. When you call our office, we will schedule an experienced technician to come out to your whole to see your project as a whole and discuss the different options available to complete it to your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have been in the trades for anywhere from 10-20 years. A difference we have on other companies around Denver is that all of out technicians are knowledgeable and experienced in boiler and hot water units. As a company, we are always on the look out for trainings and seminars to make sure our technicians are the most up to date with the latest models, codes and trends on the market today.
