They have a great service. I called them with a friend referral. I was able to schedule soon same day. John William came out and, he did a great job, answer all if my questions and is the technician. He is knowledgeable and informative. I will sign up their annual maintenance program for sure.

1st visit was pleasant and extremely educational, in my 50 yrs of home ownership and having furnace maintenance done yearly I have never been invited to join the technician. John is a fountain of knowledge and is willing to share it. He shared EVERY step of the process, answered questions along the way and explained what could be a problem and what we did not need to worry about. Thank-you John and Tuscan!!

Had Jim come by and assist with some electrical issues. Was able to resolve our problems in a timely manner. Great person to talk to and ask questions about different curiosities with being a first time homeowner

J Miller and O Garcia were extremely polite and professional. Was honest about the vent being from the neighbors house and not mine. There for not needing to climb on the roof unnecessarily and having to charge me.
